About the Foundation
Founded in 2013 by Steve and his family, the Steve Smith Foundation was established as a way for the Smith Family to serve their community.
The Steve Smith Foundation focuses on the mental health and wellness of families and underserved communities.

Charlotte Community Health Clinic (CCHC) Express Care offers same-day services for patients that are looking for immediate access to primary care services. The Clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, as well as those without insurance.
